Recipe: Rise and Shine Smoothie

Sometimes the time you have in the morning is to blend! Smoothies are a great on-the-go, pre-or post run meal. Our friends at Honor Society are known for crafting clean, delicious fare with sustainable, nutritious ingredients. And they have decided to share the recipe for their Rise and Shine Smoothie. This smoothie will provide you will everything you need to start your morning on the right or left foot!

Rise and Shine Smoothie from Honor Society

2.5 oz Fresh Baby Spinach

8 oz Almond Milk

1/2 Apple

1/2 Banana

2 tsp. Coconut Oil

1/4 tsp Cinnamon

5 oz Ice

1oz Honey

Place all in blender and blend on high for 45 seconds or until well blended.
