Cocktail Recipe: Ginger Mint Mule

We love fun ingredients in our cocktails. Health-Ade creates their kombucha the “old-fashioned way,” by hand and it is delicious. Great on it’s own, but even better when we bRUNchify it, the Ginger Mint Mule made with the Ginger Lemon Kombucha is light and refreshing and perfect for a lazy weekend morning or afternoon. 

4 oz Ginger Lemon Health-Ade Kombucha

1 1/2 oz organic vodka

1/4 ounce simple syrup

Mint leaves

Candied ginger

Preparation: Muddle simple syrup and mint leaves together, add vodka and kombucha. Stir gently. Strain into glass with ice. Garnish with mint leaves and candied ginger.
