Great on it’s own, but even better when we bRUNchify it, the Ginger Mint Mule made with the Ginger Lemon Kombucha is light and refreshing and perfect for a lazy weekend morning or afternoon.
4 oz Ginger Lemon Health-Ade Kombucha
1 1/2 oz organic vodka
1/4 ounce simple syrup
Preparation: Muddle simple syrup and mint leaves together, add vodka and kombucha. Stir gently. Strain into glass with ice. Garnish with mint leaves and candied ginger.
