Our 2016 bRUNching Goals


We asked our team what their 2016 bRUNching goals are. Here is what we are hoping to accomplish next year!


“I want to bRUNch more and in more cities in 2016! Next year is going to be bRUNch’s best year yet, we have been planning so many amazing things and I can’t wait until we can share these with the world. On a personal bRUNching/running level, in 2016 I would like to run two full marathons under 4 hours and 30 minutes and run a half under two hours!” - Alexandra Weissner, Co-founder

“I have two goals for bRUNching in 2016: To eat and rank all of Denver’s best breakfast burritos, and to complete my first 50k ultra trail marathon. I dropped out of my race this past summer due to injury and now that I’m healing, I want redemption! #willrunforburritos” -Sam McCarthy, bRUNch Ambassador ‘14-’16.

“2016 bRUNching goals - Finish the Portland Marathon under 4 hour and 10 minutes and celebrate with brunch and bloodys! Another goal is to eat more bacon. #teambacon” - Katie Tate, bRUNch Ambassador ‘14-’16

“In 2016, I want to grow the bRUNch market here in Phoenix by developing new restaurant and sponsor partnerships and reaching even more of our diverse running, fitness, and foodie communities. Personally, I plan to continue to expand my horizons even more and participate in Ragnar Del Sol in February,my first triathlon in March, several OCR’s, and multiple half marathons…. all in preparation for my first full marathon in 2017!” - Sarah Dorin, Phoenix City Manager ‘15-’16
